Who Can Appear for JEE Main 2026?

• Polytechnic diploma holders can appear for JEE Main 2026 . According to the guidelines. These diploma holders should have a 3-year diploma from a recognised university.

• Students who have passed their Class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical-Vocational subject.

• You need to pass your 12th in 2024, 2025, or you should be appearing in 2026.

JEE Main is primarily designed for students who complete their Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as their core subjects. • Go to the official portal of NTA, jeemain.nta.nic.in

• Click on the link saying 'Registration for JEE-Main 2026 Session 1'

• Enter the required details (name, mobile number, emai ID etc.) to register as a new candidate

• Save your login credentials that will be sent via SMS on your number. This user credential will come in handy for all future logins throughout the application and scorecard download process.

• Log in and fill out the JEE Main application form 2026 ; provide academic details, qualifying exam marks etc.

• Upload all relevant documents along with scanned photograph and signature

• Make the application fee payment and submit after review all information
