List of Documents Required to Fill GPAT 2026 Application Form: With GPAT 2026 registration underway, document uploading is a crucial stage for successful application submission. NBEMS has released the list of documents mandatory to apply for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test along with the official infirmation brochure. The list of documents required to full out GPAT 2026 application form includes Class 10th and 12th Marksheet, Degree Certificate, along with a valid Identification Proof etc. All these documents and certificates must be kept handy for a smooth application process.

All candidates must keep in mind the list of documents required to fill GPAT application form 2026. The following marks the proof of eligibility of each candidate to appear for the upcoming GPAT exam.

General Rules Regarding GPAT Application Form 2026
To produce them when needed, all candidates must preserve all supporting documentation in its original form, including confirmation pages, admit cards, rank cards, category certificates, income certificates etc. Images taken with mobile devices will not be accepted by the conducting body as screenshots.
Candidates should keep in mind that once the GPAT admit card is generated, no changes will be made to the information they submitted on the GPAT application form 2026. Therefore, any errors or inaccurate information submitted in the application will not be the responsibility of the relevant authority or NBE.
All candidates must know that the admission verification process is conducted by the allotted institutions at the time of Counselling procedure.
It is important to mention that the Application Confirmation Page will not be available to download for candidates after the expiry of the registration period.
In case a candidate requests a duplicate copy of any official document, such as the Application Confirmation Page, they can directly do so by raising the concern to the NBE.
A candidate must notify the appropriate authorities right away if they encounter difficulties with their admissions process at their designated institution because of an inconsistency in their personal information on the application form of GPAT 2026.
Note : It is preferable to apply from a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device to ensure a smooth and precise process.

Candidates who wish to fill up the GPAT 2026 application form must follow the steps mentioned below:
Visit the official website of the GPAT exam or NBEMS
Click on the option 'New User'
Read the guidelines regarding the GPAT Application form fill up
After going through the guidelines, click on 'Accept' and proceed to the next window
Enter details like name, DOB, parents' name and permanent address
Upload the certificates, mark sheets, and scanned copy of the photograph
Upload Signature
After submitting all the important information, click on 'Submit'
Set a six-digit password for the account
The password will be sent to the registered email address and phone number of the candidate
Take a print out of the application form

Candidates will be required to upload a scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph and a scanned copy of their signature as part of the GPAT 2026 application procedure. The following are the required sizes for passport-size photos and signatures on the application form:-

Aspirants must adhere to the specifications given by the NBEMS while uploading the image. No correction or alteration will be allowed once the application is submitted.
The scanned specimen signature and photograph must be in either. JPG or. JPEG format.
Capture clear and precise photographs.
Ensure that no accessories like hats, dark glasses, or caps are covering the face in the photograph.
The candidate’s signature on the attendance sheet during exam time should match the uploaded signature. In case of any mismatch, aspirants will be disqualified.
