Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 will be published by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Goa, in July 2025. The Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 will be released in a PDF format, in online mode, for all the registered students for the MBBS course and BDS courses. The Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 features some important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, parents’ details, candidate’s category, etc.

All the qualifying students who made it to the Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 will become eligible to take part in the Goa NEET Counselling 2025 process. The NEET UG 2025 Exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, and the results were published on June 14, 2025, by the NTA. Goa NEET Merit List 2025: Tie-Breaking Criteria

In a situation where two or more students have scored the same NEET 2025 marks, a tie-breaking criterion has been established. Given below is the revised DTE Goa NEET Merit List 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria :

Students with higher percentile scores in Biology will be preferred over others, followed by Chemistry and Physics, respectively.
If the tie still exists, students with an overall lesser number of incorrect answers will be given the preference, followed by a lesser number of incorrect answers in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, respectively.

After the Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 PDF is published, the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education activates the online registration portal for Goa NEET MBBS/BDS Counselling 2025. The students who have secured the Goa NEET cutoff marks 2025 will be called for the counselling process. I am a NEET dropper of 2024 as a general category student, can I change my category as scheduled cast for NEET 2025 registration.

Yes, you can change your category from General to Scheduled Caste but you cannot change it after the registration form is submitted because a person cannot change his/her caste at will. You can change your category before submitting the registration form. You must submit your new caste SC certificate for caste change. Thank you.
