Indian Institute of Technology Delhi or IIT-D, as it is commonly referred to, came into existence in the year 1961. IIT-D is accreditated to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute offers Science and Engineering programmes at all the UG, PG and PhD level. The institute boasts of a 325-acre campus. The built-up area of the IIT-D campus comprises of 40+ classrooms, 4 sports grounds, one fully functional canteen, various labs, boys and girls hostel etc among several other facilities.

Indian Institute of Technology Bombay or IITB was set up in the year 1958 with assistance from Russia (then USSR) and UNESCO, making it the first Indian Institution that was constructed with foreign assistance. Today, IITB is one of the pioneer engineering institutions not only in India but globally too. IITB offers all the Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD level programmes in Science and Engineering to the ones who can make the cut in India’s one of premier institutions. A spacious campus in Powai, northern suburbs of Mumbai, is known for its serene beauty and natural ambience which also houses a total of 15 hostels along with recreational and sports facilities.
