GFTI Counselling Registration Process 2026
To participate in the JoSAA counselling process 2026, candidates have to register themselves online through the official website of JoSAA. Candidates can log in by using their respective JEE Main exam roll numbers. Candidates are not required to fill in any other personal or academic details to register for JoSAA. All the details will be directly taken from the student's JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2026 application forms. However, candidates will have to update their contact details while applying for the centralised counselling process conducted by JoSAA.
GFTI Choice Filling through JoSAA 2026
Candidates who qualify for the JEE Main exam are considered eligible for admission to the courses offered by the different GFTIs in India. The first step in GFTI seat allocation is to select the stream and the institute in which the candidate is interested to apply. Once the candidates have selected the steam, they will have to arrange the choice as per their preference. One must ensure that the choice of streams is filled in the order of preference - most preferred to least preferred. This can be done through the Arrange Filled Choices option available on the JoSAA official website. Ensure that you fill in the choices as per your interest and only then submit the options.
GFTI Counselling and Seat Allotment 2026
The counselling dates for admission to the Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) will be provided in the table above as indicated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority.
