• Visit the IIT JAM 2026 website and log in.
• Click on the Drop-down menu and then click on "Change Exam Centre".
• Then click on the "Exceptional Circumstances" option.
• Write a convincing justification for the request to relocate the IIT JAM Exam centre. The reason for the change of JAM exam centre must be strong, and any medical certificate, police report, or other document can help.
• Pay the INR 500 processing fee.
• Then click on the submit button to complete the process.
