How to Get Admission in Private Medical Colleges in Andhra Pradesh

The steps to participate in the admission process of private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh are mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration for Counselling

The AP NEET 2025 Counselling will be conducted both for 85% of state and 15% AIQ seats. Students need to register themselves for the counselling round on the official website of Dr YSR University of Health Sciences (YSRUHS).

Step 2: Publication of Merit List

After the registration process is over, the official body will release a merit list. The AP NEET Merit List 2025 will contain names of candidates eligible for admission to the list of private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh with cutoff.

Step 3: Choice Filling

Based on the merit list, candidates will be called in to participate in the choice filling round. In this step, candidates will be asked to enter the names of their 3 preferred colleges. Candidates not entering any preferences, will be allocated colleges based on the cutoff score.

Step 4: Seat Allocation

The conducting body will release the NEET Seat Allotment 2025 list of the state. The seat allocation result will contain the names of colleges to which candidates are eligible. The list will be prepared keeping in mind the NEET Cutoff in Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka.

Step 4: Reporting to Allocated Colleges

Students need to report to the allocated colleges for their physical verification round.
