MAH MCA CET 2025 ARC Reporting: The MAH MCA CET 2025 Admission Process is conducted through the Centralized Allotment Process or CAP. The applicants are advised to go to the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) individually for updates on document validation, and confirmation of the application form. It is to be noted by all the candidates that the ARCs are available on any national or internal holidays and weekends. It is very crucial to have a brief knowledge of the important instructions for ARC reporting for the candidates willing to take admission through MAH MCA CET 2025 so that they do not have to face any last-minute hassle. MAH MCA CET 2025 Important Instructions for ARC Reporting

Candidates who will be reporting to the respective ARCs are advised to check the important instructions required for MAH MCA CET 2025 ARC Reporting.

  1. All the information about the MAH MCA CET ARC Reporting can be checked from the official website.
  2. Candidates are mandated to carry their MAH MCA CET 2025 Provisional Seat Allotment Letter. Anyone who has missed downloading the letter earlier can download it from the official website through the candidate login portal.
  3. The seat acceptance fee is required to be carried on the day.
  4. The MAH MCA CET 2025 seat acceptance fee is INR 5000 for the General Category, SBC/OBC/ VJ/DT, and NT, categories while candidates from the reserved categories have to pay INR 1000.
  5. Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee through Demand Draft in favour of “Commissioner, State CET Cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai” payable at “Mumbai”.
  6. It is instructed to carry the supportive documents too to the ARC.
  7. The allotted seats can be cancelled at any time by the authorities if the candidate is found to be carrying fraudulent documents or documents produced by any unfair means.
  8. The assigned seat may be rejected by submitting the seat acceptance fee at the Reporting Centre.
  9. Most importantly, ARC will be available on weekends as well as holidays (national and international).
  10. All the candidates will be provided with separate merit numbers.
  11. Candidates residing in Maharashtra who have scored good marks in the MAH MCA CET 2025 Examination, will be allocated a First Year State Level General Merit Number, and Second Year State Level Merit General Number for eligibility for admission to second-year MCA courses.
  12. Candidates residing in Maharashtra who passed the exam will be also allotted Category Merit No., Home University area Merit Number, etc.
  13. Candidates who belong to the Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) categories and have passed MAH MCA CET 2025 will be eligible for the same.
  14. Applicants who have applied for the ‘J&K Migrant’ category and have passed MAH MCA CET 2024 will be allocated a J&K Merit Number.

List of Documents Required for ARC Reporting

The list of documents required for MAH MCA CET ARC Reporting are listed below -

  1. Certificate of Indian Nationality (should be of the respective candidate)
  2. Class 10 and 12 mark sheet
  3. Bachelor’s Degree Examination Marksheet
  4. Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate
  5. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  6. Domicile certificate of candidate’s parent or husband (if applicable)
  7. Domicile certificate of the applicant-
  • In the case of Type-A candidates -Candidates should produce a Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate of themselves pointing to their place of birth
  • Certificates in Proforma A to G.
  1. MAH MCA CET 2025 Hall Ticket signed by the supervisor of the exam.
  2. Receipt of payment
