Nagaland University UG 2025 Application Process

The admission form process of Nagaland University for UG admissions 2025 commenced after the CUET 2025 results got declared by the National Testing Agency. Students who applied for Nagaland University and got through the examination are eligible for the next round of the admission process. Qualified students of CUET 2025 were eligible for filling up the admission form. The admission form was released on the official website of the university. All the qualified students of CUET were able to fill in the admission form and submit it before the deadline. Next, the university will release the schedule for the counselling. As per the dates announced by the university, students must take part in the counselling process. One who have filled in the admission form are only eligible for the counselling process and further rounds of the admission process.

  • Minimum aggregate is 45% of marks for all the categories.

B.A. (Hons) in Education

  • Pass in 10+2 level exam or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized Board.

  • Minimum aggregate should be 45%.

B.A. (Hons) in English

  • Pass in Class-12 (10+2 level exam) or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized Board.

  • Minimum aggregate should be 45%.

B.A. (Hons) in Sociology

  • Pass in Class-12 (10+2) or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized Board.

  • The minimum required aggregate is 45%.

B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy

  • 10+2 level exam or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized Board.

Bachelor of Computer Application

  • Pass in Class-12 (10+2 level exam) or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized Board.

  • Minimum aggregate is 45% of marks for all the categories.

Bachelor of Business Administration

  • Students should be qualified in 10+2 level exam or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized Board.

  • The minimum required percentage is 45%.

BVoc in Retail Management & IT

  • Must have qualified Class- 12 (10+2 level exam) or equivalent exam from a recognized board or NSQF Certification level

  • Minimum aggregate is 45% of marks or equivalent grade.

  • NSQF can be made as per following categorization

  • Category-1: Students who have already acquired 50 prescribed NSQF certification level in a particular industry sector and opted for admission in the Bachelor’s of vocational degree programme under same sector for which he/she was previously certified at school level. Or

  • Category-2: Students who have acquired requisite NSQF certification Level but may like to change their sector and may enter in B.Voc course in a different sector. Or

  • Category-3: Students who have passed 10+2 examination with conventional schooling without any background of vocational training. Or

  • Category-4: Students who have qualified equivalent examination from polytechnic in the same field may also be considered eligible.

  • Equal weightage, at par with other subjects, would be given to vocational subjects at +2 level while considering Students for admission.

B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture

  • Students seeking admission into this course must have passed in Class-12 from a recognized board.

  • Should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics/Agriculture.

  • General category students should have at least 50% of marks where as the reserved categories should have 45% of marks.

B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering

  • Aspirants interested join in this course, must have qualified in Class-XII or equivalent exam from CBSE or equivalent board.

  • Students of General category must have 50% of marks and the reserved categories 45% of marks.

  • For the requisite qualifications earned from foreign countries, Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is mandatory.

B.Tech. in Information Technology

  • Students, who would like to join in this course, should have qualified in Class-XII or equivalent exam from CBSE or equivalent board.

  • Students of General category must have 50% of marks and the reserved categories 45% of marks.

  • For the requisite qualifications earned from foreign countries, Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is mandatory.

B.Tech. in Information Technology Agricultural Engineering & Technology

Nagaland University UG Admission Process 2025

Nagaland University UG admission process 2025 began after the notification got out on the university official website i.e https://nagalanduniversity.ac.in. Students who liked to pursue their under graduation programme from Nagaland University had to fill in the application form.

Students will have to visit the official website and fill in the admission form. After that, the university will release the merit list for counselling and admission purpose. Students who will be shortlisted will have to attend the counselling process of the university. Students who will be selected for admission must pay the fee and proceed with the regular classes as per the guidelines of the university.
