Subject-wise TG SET EWS Category Cutoff 2025

The TG SET EWS Category Cutoff 2025 is expected to be released in February 2026. The cutoffs will be published individually for all subjects in online mode. The expected cutoff this year will be higher than the past year’s data. The cutoffs for all categories will be released by the Osmania University. Students who wish to qualify for the merit list for Assistant Professor eligibility must secure the subject-wise cutoff marks to be deemed eligible. The expected TG SET EWS Category Cutoff 2025 is 44 for Geography, 45.67 for Chemical Sciences, 48 for Commerce, 52 for Economics, and the like.

On average, the minimum required cutoff for qualification for the general EWS category is 40%, or 120 marks out of 300. Securing 40% marks will allow students to be featured on the merit list. However, the final cutoff will be determined only for the 6% of all the test-takers who meet the qualifying marks, and they will be shortlisted for further selection. The final cutoff will be published along with the exam results on the official website of the conducting body.
