How to Attempt MAH MBA CET 2026 in Online Mode?
MAH MBA CET follows a computer-based pattern with a total of 200 questions to be answered in 150 minutes. Here’s how you can attempt MAH MBA CET 2026 in online mode:
- Before the actual test, take a few mock exams on a laptop or desktop to get used to the screen layout, timer, and navigation buttons. Adapting to digital timing is key.
- Official brochure clearly mentions that the exam runs entirely online. During mocks, ensure you have a reliable internet connection and power backup to simulate real conditions.
- Read every instruction on-screen carefully given in the booklet. When the clock starts, glance through the palette icons. Familiarise yourself with the on-screen palette, the “Save & Next” and “Mark for Review” options. Knowing what each colour means, unvisited, marked for review, answered, can save you from confusion later.
- Use “Mark for Review” option carefully. Don’t skip it. Mark questions that you find challenging early on. Revisit them if time allows. This trick will help you not miss out on questions.
- Don’t waste too much time on a single question. If something feels confusing, mark it for review and move to the next. When you use the said option, the software highlights which you’ve answered and which not.
- Work out on sectional time. Logical Reasoning has 75 questions, Abstract Reasoning has 25, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability have 50 each; all deserve space. Divide the required timings for each section, ensuring you cover all. No extra time will be allotted to any examinee after the scheduled duration.
- During exam, if there’s a technical snag, let the invigilator know about it. Don’t panic, raise your hand and reach out to officials.
- You can attempt all questions as there’s no fear of losing out on marks due to no negative marking. Try answering every question. Even an educated guess can add marks.
- If you feel your speed dropping during the exam, slow down deliberately for a minute. Helps realign focus. Toppers always stress staying calm and focused throughout the test always helps.
- “Save and Next” is a key feature. Go through the 5 answer choices, confirm your choice, and hit “Save & Next”. This will register your answer for the current question and guide you to the upcoming one.
- To deselect any previous alternative, use the “Clear Response” tab.
- After the duration expires for the test, you will not be able to answer any questions or check your answers. Answers opted by you would be saved automatically by the computer system even if you have not clicked the “Submit” button.
