How to Calculate Marks using UPSC NDA 2 Mathematics Unofficial Answer Key 2025?

If you want to know your marks in the UPSC NDA 2 Mathematics paper 2025 using the unofficial answer key, it is very easy. The Mathematics paper has 120 questions in total, and the paper carries 300 marks. The marking scheme is also simple:

  • For every correct answer, you get +2.5 marks.
  • For every wrong answer, –0.83 marks are deducted (negative marking).
  • For every unattempted question, you get 0 marks.

To calculate your NDA 2 Maths score from the unofficial answer key, just compare your answers with the key. Count how many you got correct and how many you got wrong. After that, use this formula:

Total Marks = (Number of Correct Answers × 2.5) – (Number of Wrong Answers × 0.83)

This will give you your estimated score for the UPSC NDA 2 Mathematics paper 2025. Also, there is no negative marking for questions you did not attempt. This is only an estimated score based on the unofficial answer key and not the final result.

UPSC NDA 2 Mathematics Answer Key Challenge 2025

Once the official UPSC NDA 2 maths answer key is released on the UPSC website, students who think there is any mistake or have doubts about a particular answer can raise objections. The objection window is open only for a short time, usually about 7 days after the answer key is uploaded.

To submit a challenge, candidates must use the UPSC Online Question Paper Representation Portal (QPRep). They need to log in with their details, select the question they want to object to, and provide a valid reason or proof for why the given answer is wrong.

UPSC will then carefully check all the objections. If a challenge is found correct, the NDA 2 Mathematics Answer Key 2025 will be revised. The UPSC NDA 2 Result 2025 is finally prepared on the basis of this updated and final answer key.
