Eligibility for Web Options in the AP ICET Final Phase Counselling 2025

The following are the eligible requirements to exercise options during the AP ICET Final Phase Counselling 2025:

• If you have secured a seat but have not joined the allotted seat.
• If you have not secured a seat in the previous rounds but have had your certificates verified.
• If you have not exercised options in the previous rounds, but have had your certificates verified.
• If you have secured seats reported to the college and are looking for a better option.
• If you have reported/not reported but cancelled your allotment.
• If you attended the certificate verification as per the schedule.

Important Points to Remember

• The options given in the first phase will not be considered for this final phase, so you must select new options.
• If you are satisfied with your previous allotment do not need to exercise options again. If you do, and a new seat is allotted, the vacated seat will be given to the next meritorious candidate, and you cannot claim the previous seat.
• Choosing options for preferred colleges/courses is recommended, assuming vacancies will arise due to the sliding process.

AP ICET Final Phase Counselling 2025 Registration Process

If you have not yet paid the processing fee for the first phase of web counselling, you can do so at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Follow these steps to pay the processing fee:

• Go to icet-sche.aptonline.in.
• Click on the registration form link.
• Enter your Hall Ticket No and "Date of Birth" to access the registration form.
• Verify all the displayed basic information.
• The processing fee is Rs.1200/- for OC/BC candidates and Rs. 600/- for SC/ST candidates. Once the payment is successful, click on the print button and take a printout.
• Verification of Certificates (Online)
  • Case 1: No Changes Needed: If your certificates have been verified through web services and you are satisfied with the data, you do not need to upload any certificates. Proceed to exercise options as per the schedule.
  • Case 2: Changes Needed: If your certificate data is verified, but you wish to make changes, upload the relevant certificates for online verification.
  • Case 3: Data Not Verified: If your data is not verified, upload the necessary documents for online verification by choosing the notified HLCs.
• After completing the registration, click on "Verification Status."
• Enter your Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth, then click on the "Show" button.
• Your details will be displayed. You will see either a message stating, "Candidate is eligible for exercising options," or "Candidate is not eligible, or certificate verification is in progress."
