CTET Paper 1 Unofficial Answer Key 2026 LIVE Updates
11 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET Unofficial Answer Key Paper 1 Today: Will Normalization be applied for the 2-Day Exam?
CBSE usually employs a normalization process when exams are conducted across multiple shifts/days to account for variations in difficulty levels. This ensures that a candidate in a "tougher" shift isn't at a disadvantage compared to an "easier" shift.
10 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET 2026 Paper 1 Solutions: I filled my name in small letters instead of BLOCK letters—will it be rejected?
This is usually not a reason for rejection as long as the Roll Number bubbles are correct. The bubbles are what the machine reads; the handwritten name is for manual record-keeping.
09 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET Paper 1 Answer Key 2026: My signature was slightly outside the designated box—is that okay?
As long as the signature does not touch the bubbles or the timing tracks (the black bars on the edge), it usually does not affect the scanning process.
08 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET Answer Key Paper 1 Today: I forgot to bubble the "Test Booklet Code"—will my paper be checked?
This is the most dangerous mistake. Without the code, the computer doesn't know which Answer Key to apply. You must alert the invigilator immediately; if submitted blank, your score could be zero.
07 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET Feb 2026 Answer Key: What if I shaded the bubble only halfway or used a tick mark?
OMR scanners work on light reflection. If the circle isn't fully darkened, the scanner might not register the response at all, treating the question as "unattempted."
06 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET Unofficial Answer Key 2026: What if I filled the numeric Roll Number correctly but bubbled it wrong?
This is a critical error. OMR scanners prioritize the shaded bubbles over the handwritten text. While CBSE sometimes performs manual verification in extreme cases, there is a high risk of your result being "Withheld" or "Not Processed."
05 00 PM IST - 08 Feb'26
CTET Answer Key Feb 8: Exam Concluded
Day 2 of CTET Feb 8 examination has concluded. Students are handing over their papers to the invigilators and coming out from the exam hall. The unofficial answer key will be prepared and shared soon after collecting the question paper from the candidates.
