After the completion of the tests, the results of these mock exams are expected to be finalized by November 20, 2025, after which a parent-teacher meeting will be organized to discuss each student’s progress and plan further support. The results will help identify weak areas where students need improvement. For students who were absent or showed poor performance, the administration will implement special remedial classes and extra study sessions. Additionally, the district has identified over 3,600 irregular students till now, who will now receive special academic attention through extra classes and counselling.
To ensure fairness and smooth conduct, every school had a dedicated task force for board exam supervision. These school-level examination task forces, led by principals and senior teachers, rigorously worked in coordination with district officials to maintain discipline and transparency during the tests. This mock test initiative is a significant step by the Gumla district administration to improve overall educational outcomes and boost students’ readiness for the 2026 JAC board exams. By focusing on academic improvement, attendance, and consistent learning, the district aims to build a strong foundation for better results in the main exams scheduled for February to March 2026.
