Documents Required for IGNOU January 2026 Application
While filling out the application form, you must upload scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed size:
- Recent photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Signature (less than 100 KB)
- Educational qualification certificates (less than 200 KB)
- Experience certificate, if applicable (less than 200 KB)
- Category certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates, if applicable (less than 200 KB)

IGNOU January 2026 Fee Payment Methods, Cancellation Rules, and Refund Policy

- Fees can be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card (Master/Visa/RuPay), or Net Banking; the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Full refund is allowed if you cancel before admission confirmation; after confirmation, 15% of the programme fee (up to Rs 2,000) is deducted.
- If you choose soft copy study material, only the registration fee is deducted; with fee exemption, only the development fee is refundable on cancellation.
- No refunds are processed after 60 days from the admission closing date.
