Karnataka DCET Round 1 Counselling Dates 2025 : The Karnataka Examinations Authority has announced the schedule for Karnataka DCET 2025 Round 1 counselling. According to the official schedule, candidates can now begin filling out their college preferences on the online portal starting July 3, 2025, at 11 AM, with a submission deadline of July 5, 2025, by 11 AM. Candidates need to prioritize their preferred colleges in descending order in the option form, ensuring they are allocated seats based on their top choices. Candidates must not forget to lock their preferences before submitting.

Following the closure of the option entry portal, a mock seat allotment will be published on July 7, 2025, after 12 PM. This will give candidates a chance to reassess their choices and make any necessary adjustments to improve their admission prospects. The portal will reopen from July 7, 2025, 1 PM to July 8, 2025, 4 PM, allowing candidates to add, modify, delete, or reorder their preferences. Candidates who are content with their current selections can await the final seat allotment, scheduled for release on July 9, 2025, after 6 PM. To access and edit their preferences, candidates should log in to cetonline.karnataka.gov.in within the specified timeframe.
