Round 3 of counselling is an important phase, particularly for those candidates who have not obtained a seat in the previous rounds or want to improve their already allotted seat. Candidates can choose and re-arrange their list of preferred colleges and courses through the option entry process. The seat allotment will be strictly based on the NEET PG rank, reservation criteria, and preferences entered by the candidates.

As the number of seats is limited in the later rounds, candidates are advised to make informed decisions while entering their options and not make any last-minute changes. After the allocation of seats, candidates are required to report to their respective colleges within the stipulated deadline; otherwise, the seat will be forfeited.
