NTA SHRESHTA 2026 Exam Application Form Correction Begins: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window for SHRESHTA 2026 application form today, November 11, 2025 . Candidates can review and amend any details they may have entered incorrectly when they first submitted their online applications until November 12, 2025 . During these two days, candidates can log in to the portal at exams.nta.nic.in and edit any details they entered earlier. They can change personal information, contact numbers, academic marks, or any other field that needs fixing.

Important Instructions Regarding Editing NTA SHRESHTA 2026 Exam Application Form

The following are the details that can be and cannot be edited in NTA SHRESHTA 2026 Exam Application Form:

Candidates shall NOT be allowed to change:

  • Candidate Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Address (Permanent and Present)

Candidates shall be Allowed to change all the fields:

  • Father Name
  • Mother Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Class (Applied For)
  • Photograph-Image Upload
  • Signature-Image Upload
  • Category Certificate/Undertaking
  • Income Certificate

Candidates shall be allowed to change Examination Cities within the same State/UT

  • Examination City Selection (all 04 Preferences)

The NTA requests that everyone review their entries carefully, as the corrected data will be used to print admit cards and to determine who qualifies for the special residential seats reserved for meritorious SC boys and girls under the SHRESHTA scheme. These seats help bright students from certain areas get into top private boarding schools. After the window closes on November 12, no further changes will be allowed, so applicants should complete any updates before the deadline.

The SHRESHTA 2026 exam is scheduled for  December  21, 2025. On the exam day, candidates must bring a valid admit card and proper identification, and they should reach the test centre early to avoid problems. By using the correction window and preparing well, students can make sure their application is correct and improve their chances of getting one of the coveted seats.
