The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, releases the OTET application form 2025 today in online mode. Before filling out the application form, the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria here.
OTET Application Form 2025 Releasing TodayOTET Application Form 2025 Releasing Today: The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, releases the OTET application form 2025 today, November 12, 2025, on the official website- bseodisha.ac.in. The last date of filling out the OTET application form is November 25, 2025 (till midnight). Before participating in the OTET application form fill-up process, the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria for Paper I, and Paper II, respectively. The authority will issue the OTET admit card later, on December 10, 2025 , for the candidates who will submit the application form before the last date. As per the schedule, this year, the OTET exam will be conducted on December 17 (Paper 1, from 9 AM to 11.30 AM & Paper 2, from 2 PM to 4.30 PM).
OTET Application Fees 2025
Before submitting the OTET application form, the candidates should pay the category-wise application fees here. The application fees should be paid through the HDFC payment gateway.

OTET Eligibility Criteria for Paper 1 (For Classes 1 to V)
Candidates can find out the OTET eligibility criteria for Paper 1 here in the following section:
- Candidates who have completed higher secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years D.El.Ed, can apply for the Paper 1 exam
- Candidates who have completed higher secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year B.El.Ed is eligible to apply for the Paper 1 exam
- Candidates who have completed higher secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 2-year Diploma in Special Education, can apply for the Paper 1 exam
- Candidates who completed Graduation and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) are allowed to participate in the Paper 1 exam
OTET Eligibility Criteria for Paper 2 (For Classes VI to VIII)
Candidates can find out the OTET eligibility criteria for Paper 2 here in the following section:
- Candidates who have graduated and completed a 2-year Diploma in Education can fill out Paper 2 application form
- Candidates with at least 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed, are allowed to fill out the Paper 2 application form
- Candidates who completed Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed, can apply for the Paper 2 exam
- Candidates who completed Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed, can apply for the Paper 2 exam
- Candidates who completed Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed
