SIMSR Invites Applications for MBA 2017

K.J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) is inviting applications for the admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) course for the academic session 2017-19. SIMSR offers MBA programmes in the following specialisations:

Eligibility:

• The eligibility for SIMSR’s MBA course is Bachelor’s degree
• The candidates must make it clear that a minimum qualifying mark is necessary to seek admission
• Similarly, the candidates need to fulfill all other eligibility norms prescribed by the institute
• CAT /CMAT /XAT or GMAT examination

Application Procedure:

• SIMSR accepts only online applications
• Therefore, the candidates can apply for MBA course through the official site of SIMSR
• Accurate and correct details must be filled in the application form
• It is better to read all the instructions carefully while filling the application form
• SIMSR accepts both online and offline payment of application fee
• The cost of application is Rs. 2,450
• The candidates paying the fee online can directly pay from the online portal of SIMSR
• A Demand Draft (DD) must be taken in favour of SIMSR in case the candidates are paying fee offline

Selection Procedure:

• SIMSR’s selector procedure involves two steps
• The first step is that the candidate’s previous performance in academics will be considered
• The candidates must have a valid GMAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ CAT score
• As per the marks secured by candidates in these exams, the selection is made
