Usually, the admit card is issued around 3 to 4 days before the examination date. As per the schedule, the UGC NET December 2025 exam will be held from December 31 to January 7, 2025, with two shifts conducted each day. Looking at previous trends, during the June session, admit cards were released on June 23 for examinations conducted between June 25 and June 29, 2025. Following a similar pattern, the admit card for the December session is most likely to be released tomorrow, December 27, 2025. Once released, the download link will be activated below.

To download the UGC NET Admit Card December 2025, candidates must keep their application number and date of birth ready. The admit card will contain essential details such as the candidate’s personal information, exam date, shift timing, and examination centre address. After downloading, candidates should carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card. In case of any discrepancy or issue, they must immediately contact the concerned authorities before the exam date. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without a valid admit card. Additionally, they must carry a government-issued photo ID proof, such as a Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or any other accepted identification document.
The UGC NET December 2025 examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only. The question paper will be available in English and Hindi, except for language-specific subjects. The exam will consist of two sections, both containing objective-type multiple-choice questions, and there will be no break between the two sections.
