HJD Institute of Technical Education Research Admission for Diploma, B.E. and M.E. courses are done on the merit base. All the candidates who are willing to apply for admission into HJD must fill the college application form. The admission for 75% of seats is done by the Joint Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) and the remaining 25% seats are done by Management as per the rules of ACPC/ACPDC & State Government. HJD Institute of Technical Education Research Diploma Eligibility Criteria 2019

The primary eligibility criteria that the candidate shall have passed the qualifying examination (SSC) from the Gujarat Board or the Central Board of Secondary Education Board as per notified by the Admission Committee.

Documents Required for the HJD Institute of Technical Education Research Diploma Application Form 2019

For Diploma Engineering:  

• ACPDC Admission Slip (SQ) or ACPDC Registration Slip (MQ/VQ)

• Attested true copies of Class 10th mark sheet (SSC),

• School Leaving Certificate

• AadhaarCard 

• Caste Certificate(if applicable)

• Four passport size photographs

For Second Year Diploma Engineering:

• ACPDC Admission Slip (SQ) or ACPDC Registration Slip (VQ)

• Attested true copies of 10th (SSC) mark sheet, Trade Certificate, School Leaving Certificate

• Aadhaar Card 

• Caste Certificate(if applicable)

• Four passport size photographs

• The primary eligibility criteria that the candidate should have passed in class 12th in Science stream. 

• Candidate needs to appear in GUJCET Exam conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. 

• The Students, who have not appeared for GUJCET Exam can also apply for the B.E. admission on Vacant Seat.

For Second Year Degree Engineering:

• Final Year Diploma Marksheets, 

• Diploma Passing/Provisional Certificate, 

• School Leaving Certificate, 

• Aadhaar Card,

B.E./B.TECH. in relevant Engineering or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) at the final year of the qualifying examination.
