The LEAD College of Management admission is offered for two years of full-time MBA programmes in a variety of disciplines, including marketing, human resources, and others, all of which have received AICTE approval. Applicants for LEAD College of Management admission to the MBA programme must hold an undergraduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks overall on the degree final examination. • Candidates who meet the MBA eligibility criteria must submit the online LEAD College of Management application form on the official website.
• The Lead College of Management MBA application process is broken down into three phases:
  • WAD: What After Degree (WAD) is a 1.5-hour career advising session that offers advice to final-year students at various academic institutions in Kerala. This session is led by the director of LEAD College of Management in several districts.
  • Know LEAD: In this second phase, known as Know LEAD, students are given an overview of the several facets of the college. Parents of the ward are required to attend this session with them.
  • U LEAD: In the last round of the selection process for the Lead College of Management, known as U Lead, students participate in a group activity and communicate with the director of LEAD College of Management.
• Finally, eligible applicants for U LEAD are chosen. The final decision of LEAD College of Management admission is based on the results of the KMAT, CMAT, and CAT exams as well as participation in the WAD, Know LEAD, and U Lead programmes.
• Each and every one of the chosen candidates must pay the Lead College of Management fees and have their paperwork checked.

The Lead College of Management offers admission to two different courses in total. M.B.A. and an entrepreneurial M.B.A. are two courses that one can enrol in to be considered for admission to the Lead College of Management.
