The NEET PG 2025 seat matrix has been updated by MCC, with 28,663 seats finalised under AIQ counselling. In the revised data, 103 seats have been removed, while 6 new seats from private hospitals have been added. Round-1 counselling continues, and candidates can register and fill choices until November 5, with the seat allotment result scheduled for November 8, 2025.

Round 1 registration will continue until November 5, 2025, while choice filling and locking are scheduled from October 28 to November 5.
