What Score is needed to get B.Tech at Delhi University through CUET: To secure a seat in a Btech at DU through CUET, a score of at least 700-750 is required. CUET UG 2026 exam woill be held from May 2026. Following the exam, the NTA is expected to release CUET UG 2026 results in July 2026, on its official website at cuet.nta.nic.in.
