AIIMS in Alappuzha or Thrissur: The Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Suresh Gopi has once again demanded the setting up of an All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Kerala, saying the state was in dire need of a world-class medical-cum-research institution. "Alappuzha should be given priority as there are no major healthcare facilities in the town and it is backwards on all other developmental fronts," he said. He added the district had been neglected for years, and the institute would change the face of the region medically, education-wise, and economically.

NTRUHS AP NEET PG Provisional Merit List 2025 Released: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, has released the NTRUHS AP NEET PG Provisional Merit List 2025 on November 6, 2025, on the official website- drntr.uhsap.in. The authority has issued the provisional merit list for the non-service and in-service candidates. In the merit list, if the candidates find any discrepancies, they can raise grievances, and for the same, they should submit the supporting documents on or before November 10, 2025 (up to 4 PM). If the candidates need to upload multiple documents, then they need to scan those documents into a single PDF and need to upload it.
