221 M.Tech Seats Vacant at NIT Rourkela: Indian Institute of Technology, Rourkela has released 221 M.Tech vacant seats 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply with or without GATE score to any course/program of their preference. For convenience, the vacancies have been mentioned here. According to the vacancies announced, the highest number of vacancies is for Mechanical Engineering, i.e., 56, combining all programmes, i.e., Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Systems and Design Control, Manufacturing and Automation Engineering, and Industrial Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering. CSAB NIT Rourkela Cutoff Rank 2025: CSAB opening and closing ranks for NIT Rourkela has been released. NIT Rourkela will provide a seat for engineering for the ranks between 7000 and 480000 in the CSAB counselling for various engineering courses like CSE, Electrical, Civil, etc.  

JEE Main NIT Rourkela Expected Cutoff Percentile 2025: To seek admission into NIT Rourkela, candidates need to meet JEE Main cutoff percentile 2025 for their desired course. Till the cutoff is released for the courses which will be different from each other, candidates can refer to the table below to have an idea of what the cutoff can be. While the number might differ, the cutoff for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is expected to be the highest for both HS and OS quotas. The highest cutoff is likely to be for Chemistry among the OS quota, and Mathematics among the HS quota. 

NIT Rourkela Highest Package 2024-25: NIT Rourkela placement 2024-25 has been held and as per the reports, 1316 job offers were given to the students. The NIT Rourkela highest package 2024-25 was Rs. 1.20 Crores and over 53+ students received salary packages higher than Rs. 30 LPA. The NIT Rourkela highest salary package in 2024 has been increased compared to Rs. 83.60 LPA offered in the previous year's placements 2023. The average Cost to Company (CTC) across all programmes was Rs. 12.89 LPA. The Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering department had the highest average CTC, at Rs. 19.08 LPA, followed by the Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering departments, with average CTCs of Rs. 18.31 LPA and Rs. 18 LPA, respectively.

The NIT Rourkela placement 2024 campaign involved 342 organizations, with approximately 40% of them being first-time recruiters. The core industry emerged as the top recruiter, accounting for more than half of the offers. NIT Rourkela MA Development Studies Admission 2025 will be starting in the month of June 2025. NIT Rourkela will release the official notification for admission in MA in Developmental Studies in May 2025. The selection list will be released on the official website.

AP ECET 2026 Exam Date Announced: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, APSCHE, has released the AP ECET 2026 exam date. As per the schedule, the AP ECET 2026 exam will be held on April 23, 2026, in online mode. For the same, the authority will start the AP ECET 2026 registration process in February 2026. Candidates who completed their diploma in Engineering and Technology from the State Board of Technical Education from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, or candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Mathematics as one of the subjects, can apply for the AP ECET 2026 exam. Also, the candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam, which is required to appear for the AP ECET 2026 exam. 

AP EAMCET 2026 Exam Date Released: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the AP EAPCET 2026 Exam Date for B.Tech, Pharmacy, and Agriculture admission. The exam will be held from May 12 to 20. The AP EAPCET 2026 exam will be held in online mode, a computer-based exam. Candidates shall fill out the application forms to appear for the exam before the last date, by paying the registration fee. Only the eligible candidates are advised to register themselves to appear for the AP EAPCCET 2026 exam and appear for it. Candidates may note the detailed schedule for the exams and exam patterns before filling out the online application forms.
