No, you cannot do a distance course on M.Sc Nursing as PPG College of Nursing (Coimbatore) offers only a regular 2-year MSc Nursing course. The list of specialisations offered are Medical-Surgical Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Obstetrical & Gynaecological Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing. MSc Nursing in distance mode is not approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as per regulations.

The combined annual cost for hostel and mess is structured based on the room-sharing option at PPG College of Nursing. A single-occupancy room totals around INR 90,000 (INR 60,000 for hostel + INR 30,000 for mess), a double-sharing option totals around INR 70,000 (INR 40,000 + INR 30,000), and a triple-sharing arrangement totals around INR 60,000 (INR 30,000 + INR 30,000).

Dear student, Yes, you can get admission for the GNM course at PPG College of Nursing if you meet the eligibility criteria. You must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects and must have scored at least 50% marks in your qualifying examination. You must have completed the age of 17 years and not more than 35 years on the first day of the academic session. The selection of candidates for the GNM course at PPG College of Nursing will be based on their performance on the merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
