Degree course should have passed the H.S.C (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary examination, Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination in first attempt (No. of attempts for SC Candidate is not more than 2) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40%marks for SC/OBC) in the following subjects. English is essential as subject. 1) Biology (Botany, Zoology) 2) Physics 3) Chemistry.
