The CAT 2025 official mock test schedule has been announced. Candidates can attempt the mock test on the iimcat.ac.in from November 12 to November 30, 2025. The test duration will be 120 minutes, featuring a sectional timing of 40 minutes per section. The sequence of sections will be VARC, then DILR, and finally Quantitative Aptitude.
The deadline for the GATE 2026 application form correction window has been extended to November 10, 2025. The examination will take place on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026.
The JEE Main 2026 application form is now released on jeemain.nta.nic.in for admissions to B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning programmes. Candidates can register for Session 1 until November 27, 2025. The exam will be conducted from January 21 to 30, 2026.
The CAT 2025 admit card will now be released on November 12 at iimcat.ac.in, instead of the previously scheduled date of November 5. The CAT 2025 exam is set to be conducted on November 30, 2025.
Candidate must have passed B.E/B. Tech from any AICTE approved institute or AIU recognized institute with 50%(45% for SC/ST/OBC) marks.
Minimum 50% aggregate in Graduation
Must have passed graduation in any discipline with atleast 50% marks in aggregate.
A three-year Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) or its equivalent in any discipline statutory university with at least 50% aggregate marks of equivalent CGPA. Appearing in the final examination of a Bachelor's Degree can also apply.
Institute follows a policy of merit based admission hence it will seek application from all graduates with minimum 50% marks. In final year of graduation can also apply, however it is subject to their securing 50% in aggregate. Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory Central / State / Private University or any recognized Foreign University will be considered for graduation.
The admission in PGDM would be through written test followed by group discussion and personal interview. SIMS would conduct its own written test. The Institute will also use scores of CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT and MET scores for those who have not taken SIMS Test for process of shortlisting the candidates. After shortlisting, group discussion and personal interview (GD&PI) will be conducted by the institute. The final admission will be based on the summative score of exam, psychometric test, GDPI and application scaling. The admission procedure will incorporate industry opinions. Followings would be weightage.
