LPU offers more than 150 courses, and there are certain eligibility criteria that a student is required to meet to take admission. As per the eligibility criteria for different courses the marks required in boards (qualifying exam) varies from 50% to 60% depending on the course. To take admission to certain courses at LPU you need to appear for LPUNEST, for others you may get direct admission provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria.The candidate needs to qualify LPUNEST to get admission to courses like B.Tech., MBA, Hons, B.Pharm, MLT etc.. For some courses like BA, B.Comm, BBA etc LPUNEST is not mandatory. For others like MBA, PhD, etc one needs to appear for an interview after qualifying LPUNEST.
