T. John Group of Institutions Admission 2026 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

The institute offers UG and PG courses in management, commerce, engineering, science, pharmacy, arts, and computer science. At UG level it offers 5 courses namely BBA, BHM, BCA, BSc, and BA. All the programmes are offered for three years except BHM which has a duration of four years. At PG level it offers three courses namely M Com, MCA, and MBA. The duration of merit-based M.Com and MBA programme is two years whereas MCA is a three-year programme.

• At the UG level, the college offers 8 programmes in the field of arts, science, commerce, management, and computer applications. Admission to all the UG programmes is done based on merit who have passed 12th from a recognised board. 
• The T John Group of Institutions offers a Bachelor of engineering to its UG candidates.5 streams are available under the BE course. There are 60 seats available for each specialisation.
• Interested candidates must have passed their 10+2 exam with at least 45% in PCM subjects.
• They should also have qualified for the JEE Main and KCET entrance exams to be eligible for admission to the BTech course. Selection is done based on the merit list of the same.
• The T John Group of Institutions provides a BBA and BCom course to its commerce students.
• The BBA course is offered in 1 stream. In addition, BCom is available in the general domain.
• The college also offers BCA, BHM, BSc and BA courses to UG students. In addition,3 specialisations are offered under the BA course.
• Candidates interested in pursuing these courses must have a valid score in the 10+2 examination. Admission to the UG courses at T John Group is merit-based.

• At PG level the college offers M. Com, MBA, MCA and M. Pharm programmes. 
• Students that wish to pursue a career in management studies can opt for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme offered by the T John Group of Institutions.
• 1 stream is provided under this course.
• The student's marks in their bachelor's degree are considered for admission to this course.
• Interested candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant domain with 50% marks in graduation.
• They should've also obtained a valid score in the KPGCET/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT entrance exams.
• Admission to these programmes is based on the candidates' graduation scores.

T John Group of Institutions Application Process 2024

The application process for the T John Group of Institutions is done both online as well as offline. Candidates willing to seek admission to any of the courses offered at the college need to visit the official website of TJGI to register themselves. Once the application form is filled and submitted the candidate will get a call on their registered mobile number for further shortlisting process. The college does not charge any application fees for seeking admission to any of its courses. 

Steps of Application Process

• Visit the official website of T. John Group of Institutions
• Candidates will click on the course for which the candidate needs to seek admission
• Candidates will be directed to a page that requires them to enter their First Name, Last Name, and a valid Email Address
• After submitting the form, the candidates will be taken to a new page that contains the online application form
• Candidates will be required to enter their personal details like gender, qualification, address, father’s name, DOB, etc.
• After filing the form applicants must proceed further until the final submission along with paying the application fees. 
• Offline Mode application process
• Concerned applicants have to collect the admission form from the campus office.
• Fill it carefully.
• Mention all the required details.
• Also, attach the obligatory documents with it
• Please submit them to the person in charge.
• Pay the application fees at the office.

Shortlisted candidates need to submit original copies of the below mentioned documents along with the printed copy of online filled application form on the day of admission. The documents required are;

T John Group of Institutions Scholarship and Funding

Scholarship 1: Scholarship for Sports Category

Institute gives a scholarship of 50% in tuition fees for the following:
- Participated in National Level Sports events
- Above 60% in PUC
- Any CET Ranking
Students will get 50% off in Tuition Fee.

This Scholarship is only for Engineering Courses.

Scholarship 2: Register online for any of the courses at T. John Group of Institutions and avail Rs12,000 scholarship.
- Scholarship amount: Rs12,000/-
- Courses: Any T. John Group of Institutions courses.

The registration amount should reach us within one month of the online registration.The scholarship amount will be paid in the name of the student after the student has joined the course and paid the full fees for the I year or I semester. Cancellation of admission for any reason will disqualify students from being eligible for the scholarship. The scholarship amount will have to be refunded to the college in case the student discontinues the course before completion.
