• The minimum qualification for a candidate to get admission to B.Tech Courses is to be passed in  10+2 from the AP-state board or any other recognised board. The candidate must have studied a combination of physics, chemistry, and mathematics with optional subjects.
• Admission to the institute is made through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of AP State, therefore candidates are required to appear in this entrance exam.
• 70 % of the seats are allotted based on the cut-off scores of AP EAMCET (A-Category).
• Students then will be called for counselling sessions wherein seats will be allotted based on their ranks.
• 30% of the seats are earmarked for NRI/Management candidates (B-Category).
