• The minimum qualification required for admission to the first year of B.E. at Yugantar Institute of Technology & Management is the successful completion of the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) scheme. This examination must be conducted by the C.G. Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University. The subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are mandatory for eligibility.
• Furthermore, candidates who have completed a Diploma course in a related branch of engineering from a recognized Board of Technical Education/University are also eligible for admission to the first semester of the B.E. course, provided they are domiciles of Chhattisgarh.
• For admission to the third semester (second year of 4-YDC), candidates must have passed the Diploma Examination in the first division from a recognized Board of Technical Education/University in the appropriate branch of engineering. Again, domicile of Chhattisgarh is a prerequisite. However, before admission to the sixth semester, the candidate must pass the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the first year of B.E.
• Non-Resident Indian (NRI) candidates who meet the criteria are also eligible for admission to the B.E. program, in accordance with the directives of the Government of Chhattisgarh.
• The eligible candidates must secure a place in the merit list of CG-PET/AIEEE, Raipur for admission to the B.E. program. In general, the admission process for the B.E. course is governed by the rules set by the Directorate of Technical Education or any other competent authority of the State Government of Chhattisgarh.
