Overall: Overall Review If I had to describe Masters' Union in one phrase, it would be "Corporate Residency." I chose this college over traditional options like IIM Indore because I didn't want to spend four years studying theory; I wanted to build "Net Worth." The unique selling point here is the "Practitioner-Led" model. You aren't just a student; you are treated as a young professional. The location in DLF Cyberpark is a game-changer—walking into a campus surrounded by the HQs of BCG, Gartner, and Google shifts your mindset entirely. The curriculum is dynamic, featuring "Outclass" modules where we build real businesses (like my D2C brand) for credits. However, it is not for everyone. If you are looking for a sprawling green campus with laid-back lawn time, you will hate it here. But if you want a high-intensity, fast-paced environment that mimics a startup, this is the best place in India. The crowd is ambitious—everyone is building something, whether it's a tech product or a content channel. It’s expensive, yes, but the network you build is worth the investment.
Faculty: The faculty is arguably the strongest asset of this college. About 90% of our professors are Practitioners—current CXOs, Managing Directors, and Founders—rather than career academics. This makes a massive difference in how we learn. When we study Marketing, we aren't analyzing a case study from 1990; we are discussing a campaign that the professor launched last week. As a student of Technology and Business Management, I value that our mentors understand modern tech. We discuss GenAI, semiconductor supply chains, and unit economics with people who are actually investing in these sectors. The teaching method is "hands-on." We are often graded on the revenue our projects generate or the viability of our prototypes, rather than written exams. The faculty is also incredibly accessible. The hierarchy is flat, so you can easily approach a professor after class to get advice on your own startup idea. They treat you like a junior colleague, which forces you to level up your own professionalism.
Overall: Masters Union is a very good college if you love business and entrepreneurship. The concept of Learning by doing comes in very helpful when you get to build your own business from the very first year or maybe intern at some of the top companies. Overall, the faculty, career support, Infrastrcuture, Location is very good. And the opportunities provided by Masters Union are unmatchable.
Faculty: The faculty at Masters Union are industry experts and professors from top institutions. They have long years of teaching experience and their teaching methods are amazing. Moreover, Masters Union frequently invites Guest Speakers and trainers for different courses and mastersclasses. They are usually CEO's, CXO's and Industry leaders who come and teach students from their industry experience.
Overall: masters union has been a strong catalyst for personal growth. the structure and exposure forces you ti become clearer about your career , strengths , interest, and long term direction.
Faculty: here the college's faculty is the best I think any college could provide in this age , real practitioners comes to give us lecture on the relevant subjects. maximum if the in house faculty is a iim graduate.
Overall: Masters union is based on practical learning. Different types of CXOs and founders of different companies come to take our semester classes and share their journey of success
