NIT GATE Cutoff 2025: The GATE 2025 cutoff for NIT has been released at ccmt.admissions.nic.in in the form of opening and closing ranks. The NIT GATE cutoff 2025 is the cutoff mark that students must score to get NIT M.Tech admission. The highest NIT cutoff for MTech admission ranges from 800-850 each year, with the lowest cutoff being 350-400. However, scoring between 600-700 in the GATE exam is considered satisfactory, as it will put you in a good position to secure NIT MTech admission. The NIT MTech cutoff for top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, and NIT Surathkal is usually higher than that of newly established NITs. The expected NIT Trichy GATE cutoff ranges between 700 to 800 for general students and 200 to 400 for SC/ST students. Whereas the expected GATE 2025 cutoff for newly established NIT Goa ranges between 400 to 700 for general students and 200 to 350 for SC/ST/ students. LATEST UPDATE – CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Round 1 has been released. CCMT Cutoff 2025 for Round 1 has also been released on the official website ccmt.admissions.nic.in. 

GATE-qualified students must register and appear in CCMT counselling, during which MTech seats for NITs will be allocated. The CCMT seat allotment 2025 round 1 has been released. NIT Raipur Highest Package 2024-25: The NIT Raipur placements 2024-25 are ongoing. As per the unofficial report, the NIT Raipur highest package 2024-25 is Rs. 62 LPA offered to Computer Science Engineering graduates by DE Shaw. Along with CSE, other engineering courses also received handsome salary packages. The NIT Raipur salary package 2024-25 offered for Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Chemical Engineering is Rs. 55 LPA. Furthermore, the average package offered for BTech placements 2024 in CSE, ECE, Electrical, Chemical, and Civil departments stands at Rs. 14.61 LPA, Rs. 12.29 LPA, Rs. 10.09 LPA, Rs. 9.8 LPA, and Rs. 8.9 LPA, respectively. The West Bengal Joint Entrance for Lateral Entry Test (WB JELET) 2025 result is expected to be declared by November 20, 2025. Students who appeared for the entrance examination, held on June 15, 2025, will soon be able to check WB JELET result 2025 on the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in/jelet/. Usually, it takes around 12-15 days from the date of releasing the OMR sheet. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will publish the WB JELET result 2025 PDF on the portal, and candidates will be able to check their scores and ranks using their login credentials. 

Vignan University VSAT 2026 Notification Released: The Vignan Foundation for Science, Technology & Research invites applications through VSAT 2026 for admissions in different undergraduate programmes like B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc Agriculture, BBA, and so on. Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test (VSAT) is a university-level entrance examination conducted by Vignan University for aspirants who wish to be admitted to various campuses named VSAT (Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test) every year. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from the official website. The deadline to apply for VSAT is February 25, 2026. The examination is likely to be held from March to April 2026, in various centres.
The merit list for the exam will be announced by NTA, and those who make it to the merit list may become eligible for a scholarship that will cover a part of their tuition fees based on their ranks. The university also informed that selection will be on the basis of VSAT score, counselling and seat allotment. This exam allows students another route to be admitted beyond national-level tests such as the JEE or state engineering exams.
