The Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPA) comprises a group of public institutions which are autonomous in nature. These Schools of Planning and Architecture, or SPAs, are higher education institutes which function according to the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
