The KIITEE 2026 eligibility criteria is a set of prescribed parameters for the applicants of KIITEE 2026. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar will prescribe the eligibility criteria of KIITEE 2026. Candidates applying for the exam have to fulfil certain conditions to become eligible for appearing in the KIITEE 2026 examination. The parameters of KIITEE 2026 eligibility include age limit, academic history, qualifying examination, subjects and marks obtained by the candidates. Candidates who passed 10+2 in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2026 are eligible to apply for B.Tech (4 years), B.Tech & M.Tech. (Dual Degree) (Biotechnology) course of the University.
Candidates should have studied in regular full-time formal education in their schooling /college.
Candidate should be a Registered midwife or registered nurse or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
Candidate should have passed B.Sc.Nursing/ B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
The candidate should have undergone a B.Sc.Nursing/ B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc.Nursing in an institution, which is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
Candidate should have minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc Nursing & should be medically fit.
The KIIT University offers reservation for candidates appearing for KIITEE 2026 who belongs to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Challenged. All the reserved category has a different reservation policy. Candidates belonging to each of the reserved categories must know the guidelines of each of the category. During counselling, candidates claiming reservation will have to produce certain documents in support of their claim.
At least 15% of the seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste category and 7.5% is reserved for Scheduled Tribes. The Physically Challenged candidates will have 3% reserved for the KIITEE 2026.
