Bihar Board Class 12 English Exam Pattern 2025-26 comprises a total of 100 marks, with 80 marks for the theory exam and 20 marks for internal assessment. For the upcoming exam 2025-26, the English exam paper contains 50% objective-type questions (MCQs) and 50% subjective-type questions (descriptive answer questions). There are 100 objective-type questions, out of which 50 questions are to be answered. If more than 50 questions are answered, then only the first 50 will be evaluated. The objective questions have two parts: Grammar (60 MCQs) and Book (40 MCQs). Each question carries 1 mark. The subjective part consists of short and long answer-type questions covering areas like literature, creative writing, and grammar. The total number of descriptive answer questions is 7 for the English exam paper.
