NLSAT 2026 Exam Pattern

Listed below is the exam pattern of NLSAT 2026. The NLSAT exam will have 150 questions divided between Part A and Part B.

Part A

  • Section A will be composed of multiple-choice questions and worth a maximum of 75 points. 
  • For each inaccurate answer, 0.25 points will be deducted. 
  • Part A will be the initial stage of the admissions process. 
  • A merit list of prospects will be created based on their performance in the NLSAT's Part A section. 
  • Only candidates who pass Part A of the exam will evaluate their Part B responses.

Part B

  • Section B will have subjective questions worth a maximum of 75 points. 
  • Based on the performance in Part B of the NLSAT, a new merit list will be created.
