• All applying students must meet the lower age criterion of 17 years as of December 31 of the applying year.

• Students are required to have completed their 10+2 or its equivalent with Science.

• All students must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects in their 10+2 qualifying exam.

• Only female students are eligible to apply for the GNM course under the WB ANM GNM 2026 Exam.

• The general category students must secure 50% marks at the 10+2 level, while the reserved category students must secure 45% marks. The ST students must secure 40% marks in English.

• All students must be registered with the State Nursing Council as Registered Nurse (RN) to be eligible to appear for the WB ANM GNM 2026 Exam.
