The following changes have been released by the Gujarat board 2026 to discourage students from rote learning textbooks. GSEB also intends to test student’s reasoning and analytical skills. GSEB is hopeful that the academic standards will improve with the aforesaid exam pattern.

Gujarat Board Syllabus 2026

The GSEB syllabus 2026 is mentioned on the official website of the Gujarat board. Students can download and refer to them to start preparation. The Gujarat 10th Syllabus and Gujarat 12th Syllabus are based on real-life situations to benefit students and make academics easy and interesting. The GSEB 12th syllabus has been reduced, and therefore, students must cover the entire reduced syllabus to score excellent marks in the exam. They should also practice mock test papers based on the syllabus to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

Gujarat Class 10, 12 Preparation Tips 2026

The students going to appear for the board exams should follow the preparation tips given here. These tips can make the preparation process easy for students and help them perform better in the board exams.

Understand the syllabus - Primarily, students should focus on the syllabus for each subject. They should divide the syllabus in different parts to complete it easily. Going through the syllabus daily will give them an in-depth knowledge of the subject.

Prepare Notes - For each of the subjects, students should prepare notes. They should write down all the important points from a chapter and revise them daily. The notes will make it easy for students to revise the subject easily a day before the exam. Within less time, they will be able to cover up more topics.

Know the Exam Format - In addition to going through the syllabus, students should also check out the exam pattern. Knowing the number of questions, types of questions and marks allotted to each question makes it easy for students to solve the question papers.

Practice Solving Questions - To evaluate their performance, students can start solving questions from previous year question papers or sample papers. By regularly solving the questions, students will get an idea of the types of questions and how to answer them.
