Are students eligible for a stray vacancy counselling round after getting a seat for DNB PDCET admission?

No, candidates who have already secured a seat in the DNB PDCET Counselling after they have already secured a seat for admission in any rounds. For example, candidates who have secured a seat in DNB PDCET Round I counselling, will not be eligible to participate in further counselling rounds.
