i don't have my caste certificate can i apply for TS ICET?

Dear Student,

You are eligible to register for TS ICET for now. You will have to submit the caste certificate at the time of counselling. So, you can apply and get the caste certificate before the counselling. Visit the nearest Mee Seva or TS Online Centre to apply for caste certificate.
