Recently, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the KCET Round 1 cutoff 2025 and seat allotment results on August 2, 2025. For the General Merit (GM) category, the cutoff ranks at top colleges for popular streams are as follows: at R.V. College of Engineering, the cutoff ranks for Computer Science, Civil Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) are 234, 9539, and 573, respectively. At M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, the cutoff ranks for the same streams are 1100, 23457, and 2567. At BMS College of Engineering, the cutoff for Electrical Engineering in the GM category is 5247.
